Established in 2022, Kareem the Explorer is built on over 30 years of maritime expertise. Our story began in 1992, when our founders, Mr. Parhan and Mr. Hayatullah, first set sail on a 7-day journey to discover the Komodo dragons. Their passion for the Indonesian ocean and its wild nature led them to craft the premier 4-day, 3-night adventure we offer today.

What started as a humble exploration on a small boat has grown into a thriving operation. Today, we host over 180 travelers a week across multiple charters, all while maintaining the personalized touch of a local, family-run business.

We are a community-oriented business dedicated to creating fair opportunities for the people of Lombok and Flores.
